Se tivemos ascensão social, e somente se, você descobriu que existe uma relação positiva entre essa ascensão e os governos Lula e Dilma. Daí a inferir que existe relação de causa (Governos do PT) e efeito (ascensão social), vai uma grande distância. Mas parece que raciocínio lógico e científico, não é seu forte.
